Elective Description
Poetry is the hub of this interdisciplinary STEAM workshop, connecting art, music, design, and creative problem-solving. Students write original poems inspired by music/sound patterns, visual design, rhythm, and multimedia art while exploring how structure, pattern, and emotion work across disciplines. Through hands-on projects and creative experiments, students learn to think like artists, designers, and innovators—using poetry as both expression and exploration.

Students will:
Apply pattern recognition and systems thinking to poetry and art
Explore the relationship between sound, design, and meaning
Use creative inquiry and experimentation across disciplines
Practice iteration, revision, and reflection as part of the creative process
